I’ve posted a few times promoting my Patreon page, which I continue to update. I can’t help it; I’m excited to work on it. I’m not someone who is looking at Patreon as a primary business model; I love teaching music. Patreon is another educational tool to help those pursuing their musical interests.
Tonight is one of those nights when I can’t sleep because my mind can’t stop thinking about what I can do with my Patreon page. In many ways, like in the past, with my websites, it’ll be more likely students will visit my Patreon page and decide to take weekly lessons with me through Skype or Zoom, like what happens with some of my YouTube channels.
Here I go again, up-selling my Patreon Page. While I think Patreon offers an opportunity to teach music to those that would like to learn on this platform, perhaps I’m not the guy to do it. I’m just being honest that video production, social media, and running any extension to my private online teaching practice are entirely new. I figured summer was approaching, and the 2023 academic year is drawing to a close, and this will be a fun summer project.
I expect this project will take some time. I hope to see you keep checking back to see how it progresses.
